FAQ
Below are answers to the most frequent questions about the estate. For anything else, feel free to write to us at contact@wineandkite.com.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are welcome as long as they respect the premises like their owner.
Can we host more than 15 people?
No, the law forbids hosting more than 15 people in this venue.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out before 10 am. Earlier check-in and/or later check-out may be offered on request, when possible.
Can we throw parties?
Torreilles is a quiet village that intends to stay so. After 11 pm, no noise outdoors or in the indoor pool. With the municipal police 200 metres away, it's strongly advised to follow this rule.
Do you offer half-board?
On request, we can arrange lunches or dinners at the house.
Is the house accessible for people with reduced mobility?
Unfortunately not.
Is the pool secured?
Yes, the pool can be closed on one side by the glass bay and on the other by a barrier.
Is the jacuzzi secured?

Are sheets provided?
Sheets are provided, along with bath towels and the essentials to get your stay off to a good start (soap, shower gel, Nespresso pods, laundry detergent, dishwasher tablets, salt, pepper, etc.).

There are only 8 of us — can we rent only part of the house?
No, the house is rented in full and the price covers the whole house, whether you are 2, 10 or 15 people.
Will we be alone in the house?
Yes. The owners don't live on-site; the managers live in Torreilles and will only disturb you if you need them — or for their excellent massages.
Why are seminars capped at 10 people?
